These are rules specific to each job. These rules will generally correlate to the main server rules so make sure you read both the main server rules and the job rules.

General Rules

A1. Do not randomly kill players (Random Death Match).

A2. Do not return to the place of your death until you have waited the required time (New Life Rule). You're living a new life and cannot remember what happened in your past.

A3. Do not attempt to hack, DDoS or exploit the server or otherwise harm the server.

A4. Do not job abuse e.g. switching to a thief as a police officer in order to raid someone without a valid reason.

A5. Do not meta game e.g. putting a warrant on a player because you can hear printers through the wall.

A6. Do not prop abuse, this includes but is not limited to surfing, spamming, killing, pushing, trapping and sky box abusing.

A7. Do not body block intentionally. A player may kill another player body blocking if they have given a prior warning in advert.

A8.  Do not combat log e.g. disconnect, change job or suicide while in a role play situation.

A9. Do not ear rape using voice chat or with the use of any media addons.

A10. Do not scam other players e.g. not providing a weapon a player has purchased while playing as a gun dealer.

A11. Each crime or role play action you advert must be done individually. You may not chain multiple crimes or role play actions in one advert.

A12 Do not impersonate staff members and do not attempt to slander or disrespect them in anyway. If you have a problem with a staff member report them on the forum.

A13. Gun dealers must have their base in a public store open to the public unless they are building. Gun dealers may not self supply and can only self supply a pistol if no other gun dealers are online.

A14. Do not break FearRP. You must comply if your life is being threatened. 

A15. Do not disrespect players and or staff. Exceptions can be made within the reasonable context of roleplay.

A16. Use common sense! There could possibly be rules missing from here, however, it does not mean you can intentionally break those rules.

A17. No advertising whatsoever.

A18. Do not LTAP (Leave to Avoid Punishment).

A19. Do not LTARP (Leave to Avoid Roleplay).

A20. Do not bind test.

 

NLR - New Life Rules

B1. If you die in an area you may not return to the place of your death for at least 3 minutes.

B2. If you were killed in a raid you may not return to your place of death until the raid  is adverted as over.

B3. If you die when robbing the bank or raiding the PD you may not return until the raid is finished. If you die as a cop when protecting the PD or bank, you may only return once.

B4. If you died you start a new life. You cannot remember those that killed you meaning you cannot revenge RDM.

B5. If you were killed by a user breaking the rules e.g. a thief does not advert raid or a citizen tries to mug you then the NLR timer does not apply. You may not apply this exception yourself you must contact a staff member first.

 

Building Rules

C1. Do not abuse fading doors. You may use your hotkeys for fading doors if you are still building.

C2. Keypads and text screens associated to your base must be in visible sight. You cannot attempt to hide keypads or text screens behind things like map assets or props or attempt to place them too far away from your base. You also cannot make text screens too small in which it becomes hard to read. Fading doors must also have a minimum timer of 5 seconds no less.

C3. You cannot have more than three fading doors at one entrance of your base. If you have a second or a third entrance to your base you must block off this entrance with a prop. You may only have two fading doors in order to secure your printers or bit miners in a case.

C4. Un-raidable bases are not allowed. This means players must be able to enter and exit your base without the need to destroy things like props or crouch or jump over them.

C5. Each fading door must have space for at least one player to fit in between each door.

C6. You may not block any cameras that are being used to survey a base.

C7. You may use one way props to build your base, however, you may not shoot through them.

C8. You may not have KOS text screens such as "being suspicious", "loitering", "being weird". These are all reasons to kill someone without a valid reason and anything similar is not permitted.

C9. If you are building you must put up a text screen stating that you are "Building" so other players do not disturb you. You may not leave your base while having a building sign and you cannot have any sort of entities in your base while printing. You cannot have a KOS sign and a building sign up at the same time.

C10. No text screens that include racist remarks or things that could be potentially offensive.

C11. You cannot put a KOS sign up in a public area. This also includes the road or pavement in which you base is situated at.

C12. You may not trap any printers or bit miners within props. You can place printers or bit miners inside of cases which include fading doors.

C13. You may not edit your base while a raid is being conducted.

C14. You may only build in a building in which you own all the doors.

C15. Blackout / world glow / invisible materials and colours are not permitted.

 

Kidnapping and Mugging Rules

D1. You must advert when you kidnap or mug.

D2. You can mug a player of their entire wallet. This is to force players to use the ATM.

D3. If you kidnap a player you must request a ransom from the kidnapped player or from the civil protection. You can also make them work for you e.g. grow weed.

D4. Once you have adverted kidnap you may only keep the player captive for 10 minutes before you have to let them go.

 

Raiding, Carjacking, Terror Attack and Gang War Rules

E1. You must advert when initiating any form of raid, carjack, terror attack, gang war. This includes counters and overs unless you are a civil protection.

E2. You cannot raid bases with a building sign visibly displayed.

E3. You cannot counter raid civil protection raids unless you own at least one or more doors within the base.

E4. You cannot spawn in any props during a raid.

E5.  A raid must end 5 minutes after the raid was adverted.

E6. You cannot raid the bank or PD again until you have waited at least 30 minutes.

E7. A terror attack must end 3 minutes after initiation. 

E8. A terror attack must be started by the terrorist leader (if they are online). 

E9. A terror attack allows you to kill anybody you wish (only if they are in a public area). This includes the bank and the PD.

E10. A gang war can only be started between the Mafia and the Cartel.

E11. A gang war can only be started if a Cartel leader and a Mafia boss is online.

E12. A gang war must end 10 minutes after initiation.

E13. A gang war allows both gangs to raid and kidnap each other without the need to advert. This does not give you a pass to randomly kill an rival gang member if you see them on the street.

E14. You may not carjack or raid while already being inside a base or a car.

 

Cooldowns

F1. Raiding a player - 10 minutes (this does not apply to civil protection).

F2. Raiding the same player consecutively - 15 minutes.

F3. Raiding the PD or bank - 30 minutes.

F4. Mugging a player - 5 minutes.

F5. Mugging the same player consecutively - 10 minutes.

F6. Carjacking - 10 minutes.

F7. Kidnapping a player - 10 minutes.

F8. Kidnapping the same player consecutively - 15 minutes.

F9. Terrorist attack - 20 minutes.

F10. Gang war - 20 minutes.

F11. Setting a hit on a player - 5 minutes.

F12. Setting a hit on the same player - 10 minutes.

 

Civil Protection Rules

G1. Civil protection jobs cannot kill each other. You cannot become a corrupt officer.

G2. You must have a reason to weapon check a player e.g. they pulled out an illegal item or they are standing inside the PD or bank.

G3. You do not need to advert raid when conducting a police raid, however, you must ensure you have a warrant before conducting the raid, granted that the doors to the base are owned.

G4. You may only place a warrant on a player if you saw the player commit a crime, the player is in jail, you heard gunshots or explosions coming from their base or if the player is wanted. You cannot warrant a player just because you heard printers through the wall as realistically you would not be able to distinguish this noise as an illegal printer.

G5. You may only use lethal force if a player is holding out a weapon in public (this is limited to pistols, shotguns, sub machine guns and assault rifles). For any other illegal item you may only use less lethal or non-lethal force.

G6. The mayor may set up a maximum of 1 police checkpoint anywhere on the roads in order to carry out searches. Under some circumstances Staff may disallow this action.

G7. You may not arrest players that are in possession of bitminers. They are not illegal items and cannot be made illegal by the mayor at any point in time.

G8. The mayor may only lock down for a valid reason e.g. a gang war or a terror attack.

G9. The mayor may not create laws which contradict the rules.

G10. The SWAT commander may advert their own laws if there is no mayor online.

 

Hitman / Setting Hit Rules

H1. You may not set hits on staff that are on duty.

H2. You must advert hit accepted upon accepting a hit.

H3. You must advert hit done upon completing a hit.

H4. You cannot raid a base in order to complete a hit.

H5. You cannot complete a hit on a player building.

H6. You cannot accept hits from other hitmen.

Updated - NLR Rules & Mugging Rules

Civil Protection may only return to a bank raid or PD raid once. After that they may not return until the raid is over. Players can now be mugged of their entire wallet to encourage player's to use the ATM machines.

 

NLR - New Life Rules
